J&J Window Wash provides residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen and track cleaning, screen repair, and related exterior cleaning services throughout the Las Vegas valley. 2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided over the phone, by email, or through this website are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation upon an on-site assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope of the property differs from what was described when the quote was given.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and, where applicable, weather conditions. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to prepay for future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and referral to collections.
5. Access & Property Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where Services are to be performed, including access to water and power where required. Please let us know in advance of any fragile fixtures, pre-existing damage, or hazards on the property so our technicians can take appropriate precautions.
6. Satisfaction & Liability
We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with the results. If you have concerns about the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. While we use industry-standard equipment and safe procedures, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from conditions beyond our control (such as hard water staining, weather, or property defects not disclosed prior to service). Our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate quotes and bookings.
